Gas overflow valve on outboard/ boat? - scout boat no motor

Hello I have a 16-foot boat with 60 hp to 1999 cc Scouts on board and no 2-valve this time looking for something on the side of my boat and its purpose is to show if the boat is full of gas and a few drops of gas. The problem is that I replace the last piece that every time you fill your fire until it starts to lose gas leaks. I need help is when I last piece of pipe? I looked to the west of the sea and could not find anything. Please help!
